Breathe, Accept and Choose a Journal …
Rise and Shine, Pulp Scribes!
It’s time to grab a journal and a pen and write some gibberish. OK, so it might not be gibberish. It might be brilliant. We just wanna take the pressure off.
In any case, have you heard of ‘The Artist’s Way’? If not, jump in; we’re here to help.
Julia Cameron is the brains behind this book, about accessing and harnessing your creativity. It’s about personal development, artistic inspiration, removing thought blockages and bolstering confidence. We won’t say no to that!
One of the book’s exercises is the Morning Pages, where the artist (that’s you), practices writing of whatever is on their mind: memories, dreams, hopes, sadness, regret, and yes, even gibberish! This is strictly done first thing in the morning upon waking up. Before coffee. Eek.
You don’t need to show anybody. It’s better if you don’t. It’s private and powerful, helping you tap into inner feelings, thoughts, and ultimately, your creative muse.
OK, so set the alarm clock, commit to being up with he birds, and let’s get started!
We have two journal options for you to embark on your morning scribble.

It can also withstand repeated scratching and erasing without pilling. This paper is acid-free and pH-neutral. Vegan friendly to boot! No eggs - or anything else with a mother - were harmed in making this paper.
