The new Highwriter Brush Pen from Penco acts as both a highlighter and a brush pen! Designed with a long-established brush maker in Japan, this 'fude'-style brush pen has a water-based ink and a traditional brush pen tip, all encased in a classic black pen body with fluorescent accents.
