Deliveries
We use the trusty old Australia Post for delivery of our goodies to you.
The delivery costs for the Australian orders is regular post AUD$10.00 and for express post AUD$15.00. Free regular shipping everywhere in Australia on orders over $50.00. The delivery costs for New Zealand orders AUD$20.00. The delivery costs for International orders is AUD$50.00. All orders once processed will be sent by registered mail. This ensures your parcel is insured. Australian postage will take between 3 – 10 working days. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within 10 working days. For international orders please allow between 7 – 14 days for delivery.

Damaged / Faulty Goods
All items at Pulp are checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged / broken in transit contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement. The product must first be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Faulty Goods must be returned with labels intact for an exchange or refund.
