200 Ways to Make Life More Beautiful. Well, Maybe Just 3.
Two hundred days is 4800 hours. 288000 minutes. 1.728e+7 seconds. But who’s counting? We are, that’s who! What a trek! Count it out with us, Pulp Numerophiles!
It’s officially double-century vibes. So get out your calculator and abacus or simply use your ever-so-helpful digits (fingers and toes, friends), and join us in the rundown…
We’re now more than halfway to the end of the year, and we thought it was high time we took a beauty check-in on some gorgeous products.
Lokta wrap.
Did somebody say ‘Daphne?!’ The OG artisan gift wrap. 80gsm, 50x70cm! Beautiful in and of itself, but also to make mystery objects/gifts/books more beautiful!
Made by local families in Nepal, this eco-friendly paper is created from the fibrous bark of the Daphne, or Lokta tree. Each sheet is made with a mould and deckle (2 frames of one size), and is resistant to insects and humidity! What can't it do?!
Sunflower poster!
Cavallini & Co, ya had us at ‘sunflower’.
The sunflower symbolises unwavering faith and constant orientation towards the light. Positivity! Happiness! Optimism! We’ll have some of that, thanks. Whether you’ve had 200 days of hard slog, blissful ease, or something in between, sunflowers are always welcome to the party celebrating everyday life.
Sizing up at 711 x 508mm and printed on ivory laid paper, this poster can be used for gift wrap, collage, book coverings. Or simply frame this iconic design to keep it for posterity as a literal wallflower - without any awkwardness whatsoever!
SouSou Collection MT Washi Masking Tape.
Oh, the ways! How can sticky tape be so pre-possessing!? Washi tape, that’s how.
At 15mm by 7m, the SouSou collection is a real beaut. Stick posters (maybe even a sunflower poster or two?!), label draws and jars and make collages prettier than a picture. Washi is literally the best of both worlds - utility and ornamental fandangle!
Like a one-two punch (play punches only please) of stationery prowess and enchantment. Pretty up your chosen time and date books with some of this washi tape and remind yourself of important things.
The Next 165 Days?
The future isn’t set in stone, but if there is one thing for certain, it’s that the next part of the year will be just as beauteous with Pulp at your side.
Count down the remainder of the calendar days, hours, minutes, seconds with us and be rest assured that your Ouklp Beauty routine will be well taken care of. xx
